For critical AOG (Aircraft On Ground / Vessel Breakdown) orders, we dispatch pre-packaged spares via express air cargo within 12 to 24 hours from our Singapore or Mumbai hubs. For vessels at anchorage in Singapore, Rotterdam, or Mumbai, our launch service can deliver spares directly to the ship’s gangway within hours of customs clearance.
We routinely execute shipments under CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) and FOB (Free on Board), as well as EXW (Ex Works), CFR, DAP, and DDP depending on whether the client has an in-house logistics agent or requires full turnkey doorstep delivery to a shipyard or warehouse.
